Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 potatoes
  • 5 broccoli florets
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • some milk
  • some butter

Instructions

Peel the potatoes and cook until soft. A little later, add the broccoli and cook until soft. Drain and mash with a little butter, adding a little milk if desired. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir. Season with salt and pepper (do not use for babies).
