Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 500 g leek
- 500 g pasta
- 200 ml cream
- 20 g margarine
- 1 stock cube
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Brown the minced meat in the margarine. Season with stock cube, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Slice the leek into rings and mix in. Deglaze with water and simmer for about 20 minutes. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, drain, and mix into the minced meat. Stir in the cream and season to taste.
