Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g spelt flakes
- 1 small apple
- 200 ml water
- 1 shot of orange juice or lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- n. B. Nuts, chopped

a wholesome breakfast that keeps you full for a long time.
In a pot, bring the water, flakes, flaxseed, juice, and raisins to a boil. Quarter the apple, core it, and cut it into pieces. Peel it if you like. Add the apple pieces to the pot and simmer until the water has evaporated. Serve the porridge in a small bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.
