Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter or margarine
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 400 g flour
- 100 g almonds, chopped
- 400 g dark chocolate
- 100 g chocolate sprinkles

Hedgehog cookies
Mix room-temperature butter, egg yolks, and powdered sugar in a bowl. Add the flour and chopped almonds and knead with the dough hook of a mixer until a smooth dough forms. Then knead a little more with your hands. Using a teaspoon, shape the dough into small hedgehogs and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes and let cool. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath. Dip the wide side of the hedgehogs into the chocolate and decorate with chocolate sprinkles. Finally, use a wooden skewer to draw the chocolate eyes and nose.
