Movie burger based on the film “Avatar”
Cut the apple into very thin slices. Mix the Blue Curacao with a dash of lemon juice and let the apple slices soak in it for 20 minutes. Finely dice the shallots and gherkins. Roughly chop the capers. In a bowl, knead the meat with the shallots, gherkins, egg yolk, capers, mustard, and Tabasco. Season with salt and pepper and form 2 patties from the mixture. Wash the sprouts and purslane and spin dry. Heat oil in a pan. Season the patties with salt and pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes on one side only. Meanwhile, cut the buns in half horizontally and bake in the preheated oven. Drizzle the bottom halves with olive oil. Arrange the drained apple slices, sprouts, and lettuce on the bottom halves. Place the patties and another layer of apple slices on top of the lettuce. Brush the cut side of the lid with ketchup and place on the burger.
