Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 m.-sized pear(s), unpeeled, pitted, finely diced
- ½ bunch chervil, finely chopped
- 1 spring onion(s), the white part finely diced
- 2 avocados, peeled, halved lengthwise, pitted, cut into fine cubes
- 2 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
- Sea salt
- Pepper, black from the mill
- chili flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the pear, chervil, spring onions and avocados and season with lime juice, salt, pepper and chili.
