Avocado and pear tartare à la Gabi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized pear(s), unpeeled, pitted, finely diced
  • ½ bunch chervil, finely chopped
  • 1 spring onion(s), the white part finely diced
  • 2 avocados, peeled, halved lengthwise, pitted, cut into fine cubes
  • 2 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper, black from the mill
  • chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the pear, chervil, spring onions and avocados and season with lime juice, salt, pepper and chili.
