Avocado and Spinach Sauce
The perfect avocado and spinach sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Orange
- 0,5 Lemon
- 0,5 Tl Chili powder
- Salt pepper
- 100 g Baby spinach
- Squeeze the orange and lemon. Puree the juice with the avocado pulp. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli. Briefly bring to the boil in a small saucepan and stir in the spinach. If this has collapsed, distribute it on e.g. pasta. Also tastes very good with rice.
