Avocado and Spinach Sauce

The perfect avocado and spinach sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Orange
  • 0,5 Lemon
  • 0,5 Tl Chili powder
  • Salt pepper
  • 100 g Baby spinach
  1. Squeeze the orange and lemon. Puree the juice with the avocado pulp. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli. Briefly bring to the boil in a small saucepan and stir in the spinach. If this has collapsed, distribute it on e.g. pasta. Also tastes very good with rice.
