Pasta Sauce Green Sauce with Spinach

The perfect pasta sauce green sauce with spinach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 750 g Fresh spinach
  • 6 piece Shallots chopped
  • 1 piece Garlic cloves chopped
  • 50 g Anchovy fillets
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  1. Sort the spinach, wash and simmer for 2 minutes, then puree finely. Finely mash the anchovy fillets. Heat the oil and sauté the shallots and the Knofi, add the anchovies. Add spinach and 2 tablespoons of water and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Serving with your favorite pasta. No cheese with it!
