Pasta Sauce Green Sauce with Spinach
The perfect pasta sauce green sauce with spinach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 g Fresh spinach
- 6 piece Shallots chopped
- 1 piece Garlic cloves chopped
- 50 g Anchovy fillets
- 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- Sort the spinach, wash and simmer for 2 minutes, then puree finely. Finely mash the anchovy fillets. Heat the oil and sauté the shallots and the Knofi, add the anchovies. Add spinach and 2 tablespoons of water and season with salt and pepper.
- Serving with your favorite pasta. No cheese with it!
