Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • Salt
  • some wild garlic, fresh
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 dashes lemon(s)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 9 minutes; Total time approx. 19 minutes

Vegetarian and fast

Hard-boil the egg. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl. Add the cream cheese, lemon, and Tabasco, and mix until smooth. If children are eating with you, I would omit the Tabasco. Finely chop the wild garlic (my garlic substitute when it’s in season) and stir in. Chop the egg into small pieces and stir in lightly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
