Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large avocado(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Split the avocado in half, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and place it in a container. Mash the flesh into a paste using a fork or potato masher. Dice the onion and mix it into the paste. Add the lemon juice. Season with black pepper and salt. The mixture tastes best with toasted bread.
