Avocado-cucumber dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 lime(s), untreated
  • 5 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp yogurt, alternatively Miracle Whip or similar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Deseed and finely dice the cucumber. Halve the avocado, divide one half again, and cut one of the quarters into small cubes. Set aside. Place 3/4 of the avocado, the garlic clove, and 4 tablespoons of yogurt in a blender. Grate the zest of the lime and mix with the parsley, diced cucumber, and the remaining diced avocado. Fold in the avocado-yogurt mixture. Add lime juice to taste. Serve with bread, fish, or vegetable sticks.
