Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for nachos

Place the avocado flesh, sour cream, and garlic in a bowl and puree with a hand blender. Then season with salt and pepper. If you have any leftovers and don’t have any nachos left for dipping, the dip can also be eaten as a spread on bread.
