Avocado dressing for salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ avocado(s)
  • 20 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch(s) salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) thyme, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Blend half an avocado in a blender, using a hand blender, or a fork until smooth. Stir in the honey, mustard, pepper, salt, and thyme. Finally, stir in the oil, vinegar, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Season to taste with pepper, salt, and thyme.
