- 100 g cream cheese
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 clove(s) garlic

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and set aside. Halve the avocado, remove the pit and peel. In a bowl, squeeze the lemon juice directly over the avocado to prevent it from browning, then roughly mash the flesh with a fork. Crush the garlic and stir it into the avocado cream along with the cream cheese, honey, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
