Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s), peeled, cut into strips
  • 1 mango(s), peeled, pitted, cut into strips
  • 100 g soy sprouts
  • n. B. Leaf salad, mixed, young
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp, picked ginger, chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp chili pepper(s), pitted, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

spicy dressing

Blend all the dressing ingredients in a blender until smooth and season to taste. Arrange the avocado, mango, and bean sprouts on a bed of lettuce. Drizzle with the dressing and serve as an appetizer.
