Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 avocado(s), peeled, cut into strips
- 1 mango(s), peeled, pitted, cut into strips
- 100 g soy sprouts
- n. B. Leaf salad, mixed, young
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp, picked ginger, chopped
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp chili pepper(s), pitted, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
spicy dressing
Blend all the dressing ingredients in a blender until smooth and season to taste. Arrange the avocado, mango, and bean sprouts on a bed of lettuce. Drizzle with the dressing and serve as an appetizer.
