Avocado Pear Carpaccio

The perfect avocado pear carpaccio recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 tbsp Pine nuts
  • 3 Limes
  • 2 Ripe avocados
  • 2 Ripe pears
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 75 g Parmesan
  • Sea-Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Roast the pine nuts in a pan until golden, then set aside.
  2. Squeeze the limes.
  3. Peel and halve the avocados and pears, remove stones or seeds and cut the fruit into slices. Arrange alternately on plates and immediately drizzle with lime juice.
  4. Finally, drizzle the olive oil over the carpaccio, sprinkle with pine nuts and grated Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
