Avocado Pear Carpaccio
The perfect avocado pear carpaccio recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 tbsp Pine nuts
- 3 Limes
- 2 Ripe avocados
- 2 Ripe pears
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 75 g Parmesan
- Sea-Salt
- Pepper
- Roast the pine nuts in a pan until golden, then set aside.
- Squeeze the limes.
- Peel and halve the avocados and pears, remove stones or seeds and cut the fruit into slices. Arrange alternately on plates and immediately drizzle with lime juice.
- Finally, drizzle the olive oil over the carpaccio, sprinkle with pine nuts and grated Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
