Pear, Avocado and Spinach Salad

The perfect pear, avocado and spinach salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Pears
  • 2 piece Avocado
  • 3 Good hands full Fresh baby spinach
  • 2 piece Fresh shallot
  • 2 tablespoon Grainy mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Hot mustard
  • 2 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoon Salt and pepper
  • 0,5 Squeeze the orange.
  1. Cut off the spinach stalks, wash cold. Peel and quarter the pear and core. Cut diagonally into very thin wedges. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and then “peel away” the peel from both halves. Cut into small cubes. Peel shallot, cut in half and cut into thin “rings” (or half rings)
  2. Mix everything in a bowl, not too small, the spinach needs space. Now mix all the ingredients for the dressing together, the juice of the orange provides great moisture. Put the dressing over the salad for 10 minutes.
  3. Basically, fine toasted baguette or chiabatta is enough. But can also be served well with white meat or fish. My husband is crazy about this salad.
  4. Unfortunately, I am still missing the picture because my husband had fed everything before I responded. Follows on occasion.
