Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • olive oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 250 g rice
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely dice the onion and sauté in olive oil in a pan until translucent. Finely chop the garlic or press it through a garlic press, add it to the onions, and fry until slightly browned. Add the rice and stir until lightly browned. Pour in about 500 ml of water, season with salt, and cook according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, finely dice the avocado and tomatoes. When the rice is ready, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice, and stir in the avocado and tomatoes. Let everything sit for a moment, then enjoy.
