Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 1 pepper (pepperoni) or 1 tsp hot paprika puree
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. basil, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

tastes very fine

First, combine the vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Peel the avocado, halve it lengthwise, and remove the pit. Cut the flesh into small cubes and mix with the marinade. Blanch the tomato, peel off the skin, remove the seeds, and finely dice it, then add it to the avocado cubes. Peel and chop the egg. Trim the bell pepper and finely dice it along with the chili pepper. Mix everything together, season to taste, and serve garnished with fresh basil.
