Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 small avocado(s), ripe
- some lime juice
- 1 Sharon fruit
- 1 handful of arugula, small leaves
- 2 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, roasted
- black pepper, freshly ground
- Chili pepper(s) without seeds, quantity according to spiciness and taste, very finely diced
- ¼ tsp ginger, peeled, grated
- some ginger syrup
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- ½ tbsp soy sauce, light, or more
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil, light
- Sesame oil, dark, a few drops to taste

Peel the avocado, remove the stone, cut the flesh into wedges, and drizzle with lime juice. Peel the Sharon avocado, remove the stem, and thinly slice the fruit. Trim, wash, and spin dry the arugula. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Mix all the dressing ingredients well and season to taste. Serve the arugula, avocado, Sharon avocado, and salmon in portions, drizzle with the dressing, and garnish with pepper and sesame seeds.
