Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tbsp oil, e.g. walnut oil or linseed oil
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 0.33 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 25 g muesli, unsweetened, without fruit
  • 15 g walnuts or mixed nuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 75 g berries, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

For athletes, healthy, delicious

First, thaw the frozen berries, ideally in the microwave for 5 minutes at 150 W. Then, finely mash the ripe banana with a fork, add the low-fat curd cheese, water, and oil. Mix thoroughly until a smooth, creamy emulsion forms. Add the muesli, nuts, and cinnamon and mix briefly again. Finally, add the berries as a topping.
