Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 basil leaves
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp pesto
  • 2 limes
  • Lemon balm
  • salt and pepper

Low in calories

Wash and dry a ripe avocado, cut it lengthwise into two halves, and carefully remove the pit. Now scoop out the flesh, leaving a 0.5 cm border. Rub the avocado with a little lime juice to prevent brown spots. Place the flesh in a bowl with the cream cheese, crème fraîche, pesto, basil, and garlic clove and blend with an immersion blender. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the hollowed-out avocado halves with the cream, using a piping bag if you like. Garnish with herbs, lime slices, and lemon balm.
