Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs, size L
- 1 serving of shrimp or crab (optional)
- Milk
- Salt
- pepper
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk/season with milk, salt, and pepper. Thaw or drain the shrimp. Cook the eggs in a pan with the shrimp and a little butter/oil/margarine. Serve with bread, rolls, etc.
