Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 80 g Brie(s)
- some milk
- Salt
- Butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whisk the eggs with a little milk. Cut the Brie into small pieces and add them. Heat a little butter in a pan, pour in the egg and cheese mixture, and cook, stirring with a whisk, until the egg is set and the cheese is melted. Season with a little salt.
