Baby banana cookies

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 200 g wholemeal flour or your choice
  • 1 large banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

suitable for children from 8 months

Soften the butter and cream until fluffy. Cut a banana into pieces and mix it into the fluffy butter. Mash it lightly with a fork to form a chunky mixture. Add the flour and knead everything into a smooth dough (this works best with your hands). Chill the dough for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). After the cooling time, knead the dough again, then shape it into one or two logs. Tear off small pieces, then shape them into a ball and flatten them on a prepared baking sheet. You will need about 40-50 cookies, so the balls will be about the size of a normal marble. Place the cookies in the hot oven for about 15-20 minutes. Let them cool completely before eating.
