Blend all ingredients with a hand blender and form the mixture into balls or small patties. Deep-fry them in hot oil. Don’t let them get too brown! This amount makes 1-2 servings, depending on your appetite. Serve with steamed vegetables as usual. I always cook larger quantities of chickpeas and lentils in advance and freeze them in portions.
