Baby potato goulash

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g minced beef
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 sweet potato(s) or 1/2, depending on size
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • some marjoram
  • some caraway
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Baby-led weaning (BLW), finger food for babies

Peel and chop the onion and fry it with the minced meat in oil until crumbly. Sprinkle with paprika. Remove the stems from the tomatoes, quarter them, and puree with a hand blender. Pour the tomatoes over the meat and add a little (max. 200 ml) of hot water to deglaze. Add all the spices and simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and dice the sweet potato. After 15 minutes, add it to the meat until tender. Mix the sour cream with the flour and use it to thicken the goulash. I froze the remaining 3 portions.
