Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 80 g margarine
  • 300 ml milk
  • 30 g yeast
  • 300 ml sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • bacon
  • onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Knead the flour with the margarine, milk, and yeast to form a dough. Then let the dough rest for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, peel and dice the onion, then fry it in a pan with the bacon. The amount of onion and bacon is up to you. Some people like more, others less. Mix the sour cream with the 3 eggs well. Roll out the dough, place it on a baking sheet, and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for about 35 minutes. Then pour the egg mixture on top, then scatter the onions and bacon over the dough, and bake for another 5-10 minutes. Let the finished cake cool.
