Bacon & Egg Brioche Burger

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • some butter for frying
  • 1 slice(s) processed cheese
  • 1 brioche burger bun
  • 2 strips of bacon
  • some sauce (hot sauce, of your choice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Then preheat a non-stick frying pan (important) over low heat and grease it well with butter. When the pan is warm, pour in the eggs and whisk slowly in the pan. When there is hardly any liquid left, stop – the pan does the rest. Then carefully fold the eggs with a spatula, flip them over, and add the slice of melted cheese. Now put a lid on the pan and wait until the cheese is completely melted. Meanwhile, fry the bacon in a separate pan over high heat until crispy. Remove the eggs from the pan and serve on a brioche burger bun with the crispy bacon and hot sauce of your choice.
