Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 12 figs, dried
- 125 g goat’s cheese, divided into 12 equal portions
- 12 slice(s) bacon or breakfast bacon
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat the grill. Cut each fig lengthwise. Insert a piece of goat cheese into the opening, wrap it with a piece of bacon, and secure it with a toothpick. Place it on a grill pan and place it under the grill. Turn once. Remove when the bacon is browned. Serve hot or while still warm.
