Jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese and sucuk

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 12 Jalapeño(s), large
  • 100 g sucuk (Turkish garlic sausage)
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp cheese, grated
  • n. B. Black cumin
  • e.g. sumac (Turkish spice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Hollow out the jalapeños. Cut the sausage into very fine cubes. Mix the sausage, cream cheese, and grated cheese and stuff the jalapeños. Sprinkle with black cumin and sumac. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 40 minutes.
