  • 1 tsp butter
  • Salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

  • Fat for the mold
  • 300 g smoked salmon, sliced
  • 2 packs of hollandaise sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

simply

Blanch the asparagus in salted water with sugar and butter, and perhaps a squeeze of lemon juice, for about 10 minutes. Lightly grease a baking dish. Place the asparagus in the dish. Tear or cut the salmon into smaller pieces and place them on top of the asparagus. Spread the hollandaise sauce on top and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 150°C (convection oven), then for another 10 minutes at 200°C (convection oven), until the cheese begins to brown. You can also prepare this dish with diced ham instead of salmon, or with shredded pork. The sky’s the limit.
