Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 cocktail tomato
  • 2 slice(s) cheese, e.g. E.g. Gouda
  • salt and pepper
  • Dried herbs as desired, e.g. oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Low carb and vegetarian

Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Halve the tomato as well. Season the avocado halves generously with salt and pepper, then place a tomato half inside each avocado. Place the cheese slices on top. Sprinkle with seasonings, such as oregano, if desired. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for approximately 20 minutes.
