Baked Bananas with Honey
The perfect baked bananas with honey recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Sliced bananas
- 4 tablespoon Flour
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 2 tablespoon Hot water
- 2 tablespoon Honey liquid
- First work the sugar, flour, salt and water into a thick dough (the dough should be less liquid than the honey).
- Dip the banana pieces in batter and place on baking paper.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Before I put the tray in the oven, I use a small spoon to put some batter on top of the pile of bananas.
- Approx. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown, remove briefly and brush with oil. Bake for another 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with honey and serve warm.
