The perfect veggi’s – holy communion: pre-soup: coconut – cauliflower soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 small Cauliflower
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 100 ml Coconut milk
- 100 ml Freshly grated nutmeg
- 100 ml Fresh chopped parsley
To the soup
- Wash the cauliflower and cut into florets. Then put these in the vegetable stock and cook.
- Now take the pounder, add the coconut milk and mash well – I intentionally didn’t do it with the blender or hand blender, I didn’t want it to be too fine – round off with nutmeg, fill in soup cups and serve with parsley.
