Baked beans with tuna and potatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small can of baked beans
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • possibly herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil the potatoes, still with their skins, in water for about 15 to 20 minutes. Two to three minutes before the potatoes are done, heat the baked beans. Peel the potatoes, cut them into different-sized pieces, and arrange them in a baking dish. Drain the oil from the tuna and add the tuna to the potatoes. Sprinkle the baked beans over the potatoes. Place the dish in the oven at 175°C for about 5 to 10 minutes. It also tastes delicious garnished with fresh herbs.
