Baked Camembert with toast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 Camembert(s), possibly more
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 g breadcrumbs
  • 8 slices of toast
  • e.g. margarine or butter
  • 1 jar cranberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, place the Camembert in the milk and coat it in breadcrumbs. Meanwhile, heat some margarine in a pan. Once the pan is hot, add the Camembert and sear briefly on both sides. Then reduce the heat to half and cover the pan. Turn the Camemberts over and continue to cook until tender. Toast the bread and spread with butter or margarine. Serve with cranberries.
