Baked cauliflower with Indian spices

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • n. B. Salt
  • 5 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. chili powder
  • e.g. cumin
  • 1 sprig of mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

vegetarian, with yogurt dip

Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan/convection oven). Wash the cauliflower and cut into florets. In a baking dish, combine the oil and spices. Add the cauliflower florets and toss them in the mixture to coat them evenly. Bake for approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on the size of the florets. For the dip, season the yogurt with lemon juice and spices. Wash and finely chop the mint, and stir it into the dip. Serve with rice or flatbread.
