with cooked ham and cream cheese sauce

Halve the celery stalks and steam them with a little water, covered, for about 5-6 minutes. Remove and let dry. Lightly grease a baking dish. Line the dish with the celery pieces, finely chopping some if necessary. Mix together the cream cheese, milk, and chives, season lightly, and heat gently. Spread evenly over the celery stalks. Dice the cooked ham and spread it on the cheese cream. Halve the cherry tomatoes, place them on the ham, and sprinkle everything with Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven at 180-190°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30-35 minutes. If the surface gets too dark, simply cover with aluminum foil.
