Baked cheese with tomatoes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 small tomatoes
  • ½ bag of salad mix with beetroot
  • 1 sheep’s cheese
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • Parsley
  • n. B. herbs, Mediterranean
  • some oil
  • some balsamic vinegar (raspberry balsamic vinegar)
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the tomatoes and onions, toss them in a baking dish, and dress them with the seasonings, oil, and balsamic vinegar to make a salad. Place the feta cheese in the center of the dish. Top with herbs. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the salad mix, dress it, then add it to the cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
