Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 package of chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 pack of macaroni
  • salt water
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. broth
  • n. B. Cheese for topping

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

I don’t know any child who doesn’t like this casserole!

Cook the chicken breast fillet in the broth and then shred it with two forks. While the fillet is cooking, you can prepare the sauce. To do this, mix the tomato paste, passata, and cream; the thicker the sauce, the more filling the casserole will be. I always add a little water. Cook the pasta in salted water; the thinner the sauce, the more bite it should have. Brown the meat in a pan with a little fat and pour the sauce over it. Add salt and pepper, bring to a boil briefly, and season again with salt and pepper. Place the pasta in a casserole dish and spread the sauce over it. Sprinkle with cheese and place in the oven. I don’t preheat the oven and bake the casserole at around 180°C for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
