- 200 g Gouda, grated
- 30 g almonds, ground
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 package of diced ham, approx. 125 g
- 4 spring onions

Low-carb
Mix the cream cheese, Gouda, almonds, and eggs together with a mixer. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Spread the crème fraîche over the base and top with ham and spring onions. Bake for another 10-15 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Per serving: 566 kcal, 9 g carbs, 34 g protein, 44 g fat.
