Baked Chilli Sin Carne

  • 1 Can Corn
  • 2 Red Peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 200 g Grated cheese
  • Oil
  • Salt

  • Chilli flakes
  1. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic, sauté in the oil until translucent.
  2. Core and wash the peppers, finely dice the tomatoes, add everything to the onions and sauté, season with the spices, add kidney beans and corn and mix everything together well.
  3. Put everything in a baking dish, sprinkle with the cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes, with ciabatta bread.
