- 500 g Hacked
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Discs Toast
- 1 Tl Mustard
- 1 small Fresh onion
- 3 Salted anchovies
- Salt and pepper
- Sweet paprika
South:
- 1,5 l Water
- 3 Bay leaves
- 5 Allspice grains
- 1 small Onion
- 1 a cup Sour cream
- 0,5 glass Capers
- 2 El Flour
- 40 g Butter
- Mix the ingredients above, sauté the onion cubes in butter and form dumplings out of them.
- For the brew, put some salt in a pot, add the spices and bring to the boil, then put the dumplings in and let them steep.
- Take out the dumplings, sweat 2 tablespoons of flour in 40 g butter and fill up with the stock until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Finally, add the sour cream and capers to taste again and you’re done:
