Baked cod with feta cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 cod fillets, frozen
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced
  • 150 ml crème fraîche
  • 100 ml cream
  • 160 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tsp basil, chopped
  • ½ tsp rosemary
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Place the unthawed cod fillets in a baking dish and spread with the oyster sauce. Arrange the tomato slices on top. Combine the cream and crème fraîche. Stir in the feta crumbs and herbs, season with pepper to taste, and spread the cream over the tomatoes. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes. Serve with flatbread or baguette.
