Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 packs of feta cheese, 200 g each
  • 3 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 150 g bell pepper(s), mini, red and yellow
  • 150 g mushrooms, brown
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 2 tbsp green olives from the jar
  • some spice mix (pizza seasoning)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, for the casserole dish
  • 1 tbsp oil (grape seed oil)
  • Basil, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

super easy to prepare and very tasty

Brush a suitably sized baking dish with olive oil and place the feta cheese pieces in it. Slice the tomatoes and layer them over the feta cheese. Then sprinkle the pizza seasoning over the tomatoes. Halve the baby bell peppers, remove any seeds, and arrange them around the feta cheese pieces. Clean and slice the mushrooms (into slices or quarters) and also arrange them around the cheese. Add the olives and scatter the sliced ​​onion over the tomatoes and vegetables. Finally, drizzle with a little grapeseed oil and bake at 180°C (fan oven) for 15-20 minutes. After baking, add a little more grapeseed oil, arrange the basil leaves on top, and serve the dish hot.
