- 50 g breadcrumbs or ground nuts
- 200 g feta cheese
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the feta into bite-sized pieces. Crack the egg and whisk it in a deep plate. Place the breadcrumbs or nuts in another deep plate. Coat the feta pieces first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Repeat this process twice for a thicker crust. Fry the pieces in a pan with oil until golden brown on all sides. You can enjoy the baked feta both sweetly with jam or cranberries, or savorily with vegetables or balsamic vinegar.
