Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pieces of natural sheep’s cheese, 200 g each
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow or red
- 5 Pepper, mild or spicy
- 50 g green olives, pitted
- 3 garlic cloves
- 200 g cocktail tomatoes, small
- 4 tbsp, leveled olive oil
- 1 tbsp, dried dried oregano
- 1 tbsp, picked rosemary, dried
- 1 pinch(s) salt or herb salt
- 2 pinches of pepper

Place the feta cheese in a baking dish that can be heated to 250°C (482°F). Mix the olive oil with the spices. Cut the bell peppers into thick strips (approx. 1-2 cm) and then dice them into squares. Halve the tomatoes. Finely chop the garlic cloves and chili peppers as desired. Then add the olives. Mix everything with the oil and spice mixture and pour it over the feta cheese in the baking dish. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) using top/bottom heat for about 20-25 minutes.
