Baked gentleman's mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g porcini mushrooms (porcini mushrooms)
  • 200 g breadcrumbs
  • 150 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • ¼ liter oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and wash the chanterelle mushrooms and cut them into approximately 1/2 cm thick slices. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Then coat the mushrooms one by one in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and serve with tartar sauce.
