Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes, boiled potatoes from the previous day
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Salt
  • Flour
  • Butter, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious potato dish from Tyrol

Press the potatoes through a ricer. Mix with egg and salt. Then stir in enough flour to form a firm dough. Fry in batches in plenty of butter on both sides. Serve with applesauce.
